Who we are
I’m Kate Rahmeyer - mother of four, legal mind turned nonprofit executive, and a woman who has spent nearly a decade leading organizations through chaos, transformation, and rebirth. My background spans law, organizational development, crisis response, and executive leadership, but my real education came from the years I spent running a nonprofit as its Executive Director. It was there, that I fell apart and learned: even the strongest women can lose themselves while holding everyone else together.
As an ED, I managed multimillion-dollar programs, navigated board politics, built teams, stabilized finances, and carried the emotional weight of an entire community. I did the work I loved but it came at a cost. Like so many high-achieving women, I found myself exhausted, over-functioning, and quietly falling apart behind closed doors. And yet, while I felt so close to breaking, I didn’t. Instead, the experience carved me into someone who understands leadership from the inside out. Someone who knows what it costs to be the woman everyone relies on. Someone who knows the difference between performing strength and actually feeling strong.
This business was born from that lived experience. I help female CEOs, nonprofit leaders, founders, and mission-driven women reclaim their power, their identity, and their life not by burning everything down, but by redesigning the systems, beliefs, and boundaries that keep them stuck. My approach blends my legal and strategic background with emotional embodiment, nervous system resilience, and the lived wisdom of someone who has been in the arena. I don't coach from theory. I coach from truth.
I’m here to show you that you don’t have to choose between your mission and your well-being, between leadership and motherhood, between ambition and peace. You get to have both and you don’t have to keep losing yourself in the process.
